Our thyme honey is our customers' favorite. Collected from the wild thyme of Elea's hills during the blooming season. It has a golden color, rich taste and characteristic thyme aroma. Rich in antiseptic properties.
Producer's Story
Our thyme honey is the result of four generations of beekeeping artistry. Our grandfather established the first apiaries in 1985 on the same hills where we continue the tradition today. Each summer, we patiently await the thyme bloom - a brief but spectacular period that paints the hills purple - to collect this precious nectar.
Seasonal Story
The June 2024 harvest was exceptional. The mild winter and adequate spring rainfall created ideal conditions. Thyme bloomed abundantly and our bees were particularly active, collecting nectar from first light until dusk. The result is honey with exceptional aromatic intensity.
