Our orange blossom honey is collected in spring from the flowering orange groves of Laconia. Known for its calming properties, it's perfect for evening tea or as a natural sweetener in desserts.
Producer's Story
Each spring, we move part of our apiaries to the orange groves of coastal Laconia. Our relationship with local growers dates back to the 1990s, when my father discovered that their orchards are not sprayed during flowering. This partnership ensures a pure, aromatic honey that reflects the beauty of spring in Laconia.
Seasonal Story
The April 2024 harvest gave us an exceptional honey. The mild winter led to early and abundant blooming. Our bees worked intensively for two weeks, filling the combs with this aromatic nectar. The result is a honey with particularly intense blossom aroma.
